we are lucky here that these tests are done, have a good talk to your mum or an auntie,or maybe even better one of your nans, they are really wise you know, don't bottle things inside, that will make you more anxious,
so promise me you will make a point of talking, even go back to the doctor and tell him/her your concerns, Take care, thinking of you, Ray xx
OOOPS,pressed wrong button! Meant to say that when i was 17 i had an abnormal smear - pre-cancerous cells. They decided to repeat the smear a little while later and that one came back all clear.I asked how this was possible and was told that some cells change and can then right theirselves.
Im sure that everything wil be fine - big hug to you.x
Jessica, don't worry.
Abnormal cells are extremely common. I can't say it with complete certainty but because they are so common and because of the developments within your body smears before the age of 25 are now not very informative. Not sure if it's the right word but you know what I mean.
So don't worry and don't work yourself up about the results. You will be absolutely fine.
All the best.
