It's known as cyber Monday and follows black Friday. Apparently today is the busiest day of the year for online shopping.

Already bought two things online and it's not even lunch yet.

Last year we got a good deal on a TV and a Kindle.

These stupidly named 'days' are a great example of the public's gullibility. We're told they're the busiest shopping days, so that's what we do.

I knew what Cyber Monday was...but hate being wished "Happy" anything, other than "Christmas" and "birthday".

Backdrifter - I don't go for it. It's my OH, he can't resist a sale sign...

A few beers and a sale sign and he'll buy anything. The TV probably wasn't a brilliant bargain as I had to buy a new sideboard for it to go on!!!

The Kindle has turned out to be great value. If it broke tomorrow we've def got our money's worth from it.

apparently most of the Black Friday sales were done online this year, so by next year it'll probably just be a full Cyber Weekend, carrying on till Christmas if neceessary.
