what, our fluffy bunny lovely muslims? surely not!
Of course not TTT !
This is Tony "Bliar" the war criminal of course
Or is that now convenently forgotten for now :-)
We love people when they say what we want to hear
I've never called him a war criminal, and as far as I am aware he has not been found guilty of such.
On the basis that Tony Blair listened to bogus information about weapons and then dragged the country into a horrible lost war, I wouldn't place a lot of credence on what Tony Blair listens to and spouts about now.

The man has less than zero credibility where matters of conflict are concerned - I wouldn't trust him to walk my dog round the block if I had one.
No schiiit sherlock...hes on the ball...what a plank he is...like most people didnt already know...

Regardless of who says it, if what is said makes sense then one as to admit that they have a point.

Why there are some that will even have to admit what Jeremy Corbyn says makes sense at times.

Instead of just attacking Blaire, anyone wants to come out and argue against the point that Tony Blaire has set out?
Since Mr Blair is earning for and five-figure sums for speeches like this, it is not unreasonable to assume that he has a vested interest in 'giving the people what they want'.

If I had the money, I could book Tony Blair to speak for an hour about the virtues of the paperclip in the modern office to the Combined Stationary Retailers of America and be sure he would be most convincing.

As to what he is saying - on the basis that it's about as pertinent as saying that night follows day in terms of stating the flaming obvious, I would dismiss it in the way I would dismiss anything Tony Blair says, especially from a highly-wedged speaking engagement several thousand miles away.
24 September 2002
Later that year, Mr Blair made what came to be an infamous claim to MPs: "It [the intelligence service] concludes that Iraq has chemical and biological weapons, that Saddam has continued to produce them, that he has existing and active military plans for the use of chemical and biological weapons, which could be activated within 45 minutes."

MPs who claim that they believed the above are either

2 Liars

I can never forgive our politicians for taking us into war in Iraq
I think, Mr. B may have returned to a grasp on sanity - shame no-one will believe him.

Yes you have made your feelings clear on what you think about Tony Blair, but what about making a comment on this, is he correct or is he wrong, if the latter then why?

"it is not just a minority who 'believe in an innate hostility between Islam and the west' and that support for ISIS stretches 'deep into parts of parts of Muslim societies".
as a Roman Catholic convert - the cardinal told him, did he ?

Not that warm cuddly huggable bunny that brought us the Iraq war in 2003 by lying through his teeth ? surely not surely not

Yes all that has long been debated on, and is now written in the history books, but what about this particular recent question?

Strange how no one seems to want to discuss what he as recently said, much easier to condemn him for what he has said in the past it would seem.
There will be DAESH sympathisers in the UK as there will be in countries all over the world but it does not mean that we need to round up every Muslim or treat every Muslim as a potential threat to our personal safety.

What THECORBYLOON said.
What a insightful person the admirable Blair is. Without him we wouldn't have got the 'revenge'* in first in Iraq.

He is wrong because he Believes he knows about the intricacies of a society of which he has no direct experience.

But then, he has no direct experience of WMD’s, and he believed want he was told there, and spouted it in public, and look at the result.

I am quite willing to believe that support for ISIS is found in a minority of Muslim society, like support for the war in Iraq found support in a minority of British society – but because I, or Mr Blair, may believe something, that does not make it valid.

The difference is, he gets paid five figure fees to offer his unproven and baseless nonsense to gullible foreigners.

The man has not shame, or dignity.

"Clerics who proclaim that non-believers and apostates must be killed or call for jihad against Jews have Twitter followings running into millions." - Blair

Politicians like him spout such unprovable, unchallanged by MSM, 'factoids'
like this

"However, in many Muslim countries large numbers also believe that the CIA or Jews were behind 9/11" - Blair

"Let us never tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories regarding the attacks of September 11." - Bush
