Is this a trick question?
Obviously, you have lots of man-made skyscrapers in London that would outdo anything in Jamaica, even Lincoln Cathedral.

Perhaps though, you are referring to Lighthouses. Portland Ridge in Jamaica is taller than Portland Bill in the UK.?

Do you mean tallest? The record in the UK is the 50 floors of Canary Wharf (244m), way in excess of the 17 floors of the Le Meridian Pegasus hotel in Kingston, reckoned to be Jamaica's tallest building, (approx 90m).

Or do you mean highest? The observatory on Ben Nevis is at 1344 metres, but there are two Forestry Department huts on top of Blue Mountain Peak, the tallest mountain in Jamaica, at 2256 metres.

Canary Wharf is a midget! The tallest man made landmark in the UK is Belmont TV mast in Lincs at 1263 feet (490 feet taller than Canary Wharf).
Ooops! Of course! I was thinking of buildings for some reason.
Only a landmark though if you live near it.

Lighthouses are literally 'land marks' !!
I see what you mean Octavius, but if you take the question to mean lighthouses, surely they are all man made.
Hence my original point above dean, it could be any 'man made' structure, so the Q requires clarity which it looks like we aint gonna get...
