Over the past year it has been increasingly common for ABers to suggest to the OP which post should be considered for.....BEST ANSWER and that mostly depends upon instigator to agree with the post thah he or she has recommended for BEST ANSWER.

It is the privilege of the OP to appoint the prestigious post of BEST ANSWER and not any random poster.

I find this tendency........annoying.

In CB the chosen best answer is (almost) always the one that agrees with the thread creator. So yes, I think you are absolutely 100000% correct.
