What is wrong with Casualty? What happened with the ambulance, why was it not shown?
The little girl what was that about.
There is so much stuff going on in the programme that doesn't make sense.

I was confused too. It started with the ambulance crashed but I don't remember it ending with that last episode, maybe I missed it.

I agree it was very puzzling. I too thought I had missed last week's episode but when I checked I hadn't! Is the little girl connected to Dixie in some way?
