I'm having a party over the bank holiday weekend and thought I might make some cocktails for my guests. Does anyone have any simple cocktail recipes?

My favourite:

Vodka, Cranberry Juice, Lime
Or a nice Margherita
Or a Bloody Mary

All very simple! :o)

A soft banana and some single cream in a blender, then add Baileys. Yum! Last week I was given a new one to try - a blue 'Wicked' with a measure of Port added. Wow!
