I keep getting this reminder every time I open Google. It doesn't matter whether I agree or read later it just keeps on coming up. I have even signed in to my Google account to try and get rid of it but it still keeps coming.
How do I get rid of it?

Google puts a cookie onto your computer when you click 'Agree', so that when you visit the site you shouldn't see the message again.

However if your browser (or other security software) is configured not to accept cookies (or, say, to delete them whenever you close your browser) then Google will see your next visit as being from someone new and will therefore show you the same message again.

So it seems likely that your computer isn't retaining cookies.
