I think I've got them all, still a bit un-sure about 40 a and d, I've got Mount Royal for Montreal and Mount Charles or Charles Mountain for Monte Carlo. Cheers

Still some doubts about question 40a, is it Salt city or Salt Castle? Is the answer to question 28 Australia? Am still unsure about 24a, some people coming up with Yemen now...
