I am trying to remember the name of a perfume , or eau de cologne that was a favourite of my mothers in the 60s. It was in a small black bottle and you used a wand to put in on , it was creamy in texture, it is driving me daft.

I'm sure it was Coty l'aimant, mu Mum used it as well

Oh yes mazie, that was it, I always thought it looked rather special, thanks for everybodys help.
about L'aimant, daft - as my mum used it too. Maybe Avon copied.
definitely L'aimant. It was pink cream and in a black glass bottle with plastic applicator. I still have some and also use it as well as Angel by Thierry Mughler.
That was my favourite too, in the good old days. Loved the smell!

Reckon it was Coty L'aimant. I used to use it and still love it although haven't seen the creamy one recently
How odd! I knew it was Coty L,aimant too before I read the answers as my Mum always used it too.
