Such A Shame.... :-(

It's rare for me to get cross but fly tipping and litter both press the button.
The first farm gate leaving my little town is always clean and tidy....no mud from vehicles left on the road.....hedge trimmed to give a clear view of the bend.
But once again today it has had a pile of rubbish dumped in it. Large chunks of plaster board and other bits and bags of building materials. I guess from someone in my town doing a bit of renovation.....
I feel for the farmer who has to constantly clear the gateway...or get it cleared......
Does he have to pay if the council has to clear it......especially if it could perhaps be asbestos....don't know if that is likely....?
And isn't it a strange mindset lets someone dump rubbish for someone else to clear up........

Not at all strange - millions do it every week. I dump mine in a wheelie bin and the Council clear it up ;-)
We all pay for this service, so if there are items they won't take then a lot of people won't pay extra when they can dump it free.

You should have made more of an effort to make your way to the shrubbery then, Baldric.... ;-)
I know we pay the council to take our rubbish, Cannary.....but for a renovation job they should hire a skip...or take it to the tip on the specified days.....or fill the skip outside my house when I'm not looking......☺
