It really is horrendous, our main road is literally a river. And the road to the next town has become a lake. Derelict buildings on river edges are dropping like flies, which probably isn't a bad thing come to think about it!
You've got all my support, boo. Best wishes from a Yorkshireman.
It's awful for so many, we have escaped the worst though may need to put my wellies on soon, that's no ordeal.

Be careful out and about B00 and everyone affected.
It upsets me that lives are turned upside down with this sort of misery at this time of the year :(

I was about to post a message to see if you, Mamya and others are okay......my sister near Carnforth has said that it is foul up there but they are alright.....

Apparently, a large sinkhole has appeared in the M62, whether vehicles are in it, not clear yet.
