ok when it rings I cannot even touch it with out it cancelling the call, even in the case. Now I know there is some MOCS default setting somewhere but I am bu66erred if I can find it. Help!

That seems odd, Tora?
Have you tried to find an instruction manual online?
Or, if you got it from, say, EE or O2, phone the help line, or pop into a phone shop.
Probably a simple fix.
