Cameron could go there and tell everyone that he may be Prime Minister but not even the government can change the weather (just as Canute is reported to have told his court that kings can't turn back the tide). But that would not be very popular, of course.
Anyway, as regards the question, if there is something they aren't telling us we can't possible know what it is until they do :-)
