Printer Ink

Lidl advertise ink cartridges in their brochure which are suitable for HP printer. Would the cartridges be suitable for HP Deskjet 5740 and are they worth it.

Looking at the offer (which is here for anyone who wants to view it: http://leaflet.lidl.co.uk/41203710-55c8-4a80-a922-328bc2b94418/#/42 ) shows that there are different packs available to suit various printers. The only way that you'll find out whether they've got a pack that's suitable for your printer is to visit a store and then read the packaging.

My own experience though of trying to find the right size/model number/etc of goods in Lidl is that they've always sold out of the ones I want. Further, the cartridges illustrated are those that are used in printers with a separate cartridge for each colour, in packs of 5. Your printer uses one cartridge for black and a second one for all of the colours. (That's not to definitely say that Lidl won't have what you're looking for but it does seem to be rather unlikely).

I buy HP compatable inks on line here..speedy service..quality good and soooo much cheaper than HP originals..
