Havard Referencing??

when referencing (IN CITE)i seem to remember that the first time i mention the (for example) department of health .....that i cant just put

suppleness and physical strength decline (DOH, 2001) but cant remember how i did it before please help xx

the journal you are writing for - will have a 'house style'
refs vary accordingly

In my experience nobody really understands it so they devise their own approach and give you hell for not reading their minds. Big sympathy.
