try V Kolkovně for their seafood, beers etc and Hergetova Cihelna for traditional meat dishes and local wines, the latter for the location too.....

Without being unduly pessimistic (Prague is indeed a lovely, lovely place) - please be very careful about pickpockets and bag snatchers on the Tram network.

I went ten years ago and it was wonderful. Do be careful with your bags, though as has been said. My friend had her bag stolen, straps cut, and it had her passport in it.
