In recent times I've been experiencing twinges in my wrists and one ankle. Over the last week or so the ankle pain has got considerably worse. Its not bruised and theres no swelling. I've been taking Co-codomal.
Is this something I'll need to learn to live with?

That's up to you sandy, as if the analgesics cope with the pain and no other joints become involved, then hey, you have cracked it.

However, if the analgesics fail to control the pain and other joints get involved, then I would suggest you seek help from your GP.

Thanks, Sqad. If it eventually gets worse I'll hobble over to the GP.
Is there some reason that you cannot take Ibuprofen?
If not, then i would seek help with Ibuprofen which is an anti-inflammatory agent, giving a better response from joint pains than Co-codomol.
I get Gold Injections(Myocrisin) every 6 weeks and also take Naproxen, works well for me,although not all Tablets are suitable for everyone.

No reason why I couldn't take ibuprofen. I just happened to have the Co-codomal to hand.
