I supported someone who HADN'T done it -
and you know I think instead if they are found to have done it - your mind does go a-moiling and a-toiling ....
very difficult being in the position of 'I wont support you because the last one lied thro his teeth ....'
when LdJustice Taylor was asked if he regretted jailing the Irish bombers for fifteen years who were later shown to have clearly not done it- said as quick as a flash - No I dont it is not my fault if the Police lie to me

People in ‘high places’ should have the sense to realise that unlike the correspondence of the hoi polloi which, upon receipt, is immediately stamped 'rubbish' and filed directly in the appropriate place, their missives are safely stored for posterity and are, hence, likely to re-emerge at some time in the future to bite them very firmly on the proverbial.
