I am trying to return an item to Amazon.com. When I get to the second page with the "Print label & instructions", I click on the box to print it. Every time I do this, the screen freezes with just a hand cursor showing, but no printing. I tried pressing "print screen" on my keyboard, but that didn't work either. I tried pressing the "black" button on my printer, but the paper just went straight in and out without printing. Can you advise me please.

if you press print screen and then paste it into a word doc can you print it then?

The print screen button doesn't work. Nothing happens.

I tried copying the returns labels and then pasting it into a Word document. Only the first section pasted. When I tried to print that, I just got a moving blue circle with words saying "Word not responding".
Try restarting your computer and attempt printing again.

I found out that the problem was because my printer had a driver that worked on Windows 8, but not Windows 10. I tried to download the new Windows 10 drivers for the printer and it caused me much trouble on my computer. I used Canon support to remote access my computer to help me to get it working. Now the background colour of my desktop is black. I restarted the computer, but the background is still black. How do I get the colour to change to blue as it was before?

You don't need to answer my question. I clicked on "settings" then "personalisation" to find the way of turning my desktop background from black to blue.
