Today I have had a sore skull, it's like shooting pains round my eye sockets, as well as above my forehead. I have felt these pains before and they last a day or so.

I get this from time time Lyn. Sounds as though it could be neuralgia. If it continues to bother you, get it checked out with doctor.

This sounds very much like Cluster headaches (migrainous neuralgia) and can be treated quite easily with tablets.

No big deal......but see your GP.

Thanks I recall about 20 years ago seeing a consultant who told me I had TMJ disease and I had a plastic tooth guard made but I didn't wear it, but the pains faded somewhat. But they appear to be back now.
