There was a time, not so long ago, when this might be seen as an assurance that customers would be safe there. Now it's just a tasteless name. Isn't it good we've come so far?

There's still plenty of greasy spoon joints here offering all day Ulster Fry breakfasts. You can eat yourself into an early grave at a remarkably low price.
It may mean that the burgers are bullet proof sandy.
Following along thr lines of Togo......Perhaps the Burgers have been taste tested and have been proved to be as hard as bullets. Hence the proof is from testing and they have been classified accordingly.

Could the owners of this place have shot themselves in the foot? Their prices aren't the lowest. Cheese burgers (2)are £15 and 'hand cut chips' £2.75.

Bertold Brecht wrote a brilliant play mocking Hitler, the resistable rise of Arturo Ui. I remember the beeb showed it just before the election of Nixon for his second term in office.
It's good that we can laugh at politicians, and ourselves.
