I first entered this into Chatterbank but had no replies so now feel it may be more successful in Technology.
I have a friend who is using Lycamobile free sim PAYG, & has recommended them to me. I applied for a free sim card 1 week before Christmas & am still waiting for delivery. I emailed them & have had no reply, so I made another application for a free sim card two days ago & again am awaiting delivery. Does any A/Ber know anything about this mobile phone company & can make me aware if they are trustworthy or not

Thanks Chris, it would appear that they are bad, very bad. The main reason I was going to join them was because I got the impression ( from somewhere) that they did a customer to customer service for free & as they only charge £5.00 to open a payg instead of the usual £10.0. I also have a spare old mobile to use to use for chats to my friend. However it now seems clear

Seems like you need to have a word with that "friend" Ron ;-) //
Actually my ''friend'' never uses her extra mobile for outgoing calls, only to receive so having forked out £5 to open the account a few months ago she is still in credit, doesn't seem too bad a deal to me.
