v = 300mph = 483 kph = 134m/s
u=0
t= 3.7

so a = 36.22m/s/s

g = 9.81 m/s/s, so he/she gets 36.22/9.81 = 3.69g

and please excuse my ignorance on this - i am not a big drag racing fan to be honest - this all came about because i went on rita queen of speed at alton towers and i thought that was fast . the someone said about the ferrari ride which is the fastest ride in the world ? and then someone came up with top fuel dragsters being the fastest accelerating thing in the world ??
