miscarriage
my sister in law is pregnant, but last night she said that she had started to bleed and was in a lot of pain. She has had an miscarriage once before and she told me it felt the same as she did last night, but she never went to the doctor the first time as she waas only a few weeks gone so my question is could this be another miscarriage, (it is only tiny speks of blood that she is passing through)

i am not a doctor by any means , but i can relate to the miscarriage i had , in the begining i had tiny specks of blood to and i was very concerned so i went to my doctor and they advised me that even though you are pregnant you may still bleed that is not much of a concern.
i was advised that if i had servere cramping , that was a major concern, unfortunately i started to cramp the next day and a miscarriage was rapidly approaching .
i think you should get your sister in law to the doctor asap servere pain is not right at all.
goodluck hope all goes well .
I've also heard that it's quite common for women to have some spotting when they become pregnant. But jadeamy is right, it's the cramping to look out for. I hope your sister-in-law is well! x
