I have a B.T Concero phone , the battery symbol is showing on the cradle part of it so I replaced the batteries in the handset and it is working fine, but the battery symbol it still showing on the cradle . Anyone got any advice on this please ?

You might just need to give it a bit of time:
"New NiMH batteries do not reach full capacity until they have been in normal use for several days. Running the batteries right down at least once a week will help them last as long as possible"
and
"To keep your batteries in the best condition, leave the handset off the base for a few hours at a time (after the initial 24 hour charge)"

Perhaps the battery hasn't reached full charge yet?
