It features a bear on the London Underground. How did they get it down the escalators and where did they get the extras to crowd round it in one scene?

I think that they used nice mannered real bears but fake humans.

I don't think it's a Tube train. I don't know of any Tube trains with three across seating or luggage racks. I think it's a mainline train when it's dark outside.

I was stunned when I found out that John Lewis hadn't used real Penguins in their ad last year. There is a lot of talent and man-hours goes into making these adverts.

The BBC piece showing penguins skating in an ice rink convinced me that animation has come long way.
