Hi,

Is it true our Phone/Voip/Whatsapp/Viber Calls can be listen by other by tuning radio?

A friend told people just tune their radio on different frequencies and catch the someone's call.

Don't know is it true but I am afraid about privacy.

Do you know about it?

sometimes ..yes...depending on radio frequency....I have picked up neighbours conversations in the past when tuning in radio

Given that it's digital information and coded differently to digital radio then that's unlikely. You'd need specialist espionage kit to decode digital mobile. They are just teasing you. Or maybe they were thinking of analogue ?

analogue cordless phones can be picked up on an analogue radio. I once turne my radio on and thought I was hearing a phone in programme...it was my neighbour chatting with his girlfriend.

Unlikely to be using a digital connection then. Probably analogue wireless handsets.
