Snowdrops Not Appearing

Last October I re-arranged some spring bulbs into pots.Some of the pots were ceramic without drainage holes.My snowdrops have still appeared in all but one. Over the winter this particular pot always seemed water-logged. Have the bulbs in this one been too sodden.

they have probably rotted all together. Outside pots always need drainage holes.

Was I lucky Woofgang with the other pots that didn't have drain holes?
Kenny you need drain holes in an any pots to allow for drainage it's not to late to empty pot and see if bulbs have rotted if not replant they can be very resilient and you can get late display hopefully
