Holiday
8 Answers
I have very poor mobility due to osteoarthritis but have resisted succumbing to a wheelchair as yet,on the other hand my husband is very fit so my problem is looking for a holiday that we could both enjoy especially with my limitations. We are both almost seventy and in our time have travelled around quite a lot,now we are just not sure what route to go down. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It probably won't help much if you're thinking of a month in Australia and we suggest a B&B in Bognor. Equally, the converse is clearly true as well!

I saw my GP for a routine check up and mentioned to him that I was feeling very washed out and I wondered if I was a bit anemic. He suggested I had my vitamin D level checked, outcome of which I discovered mine was reading 5, normal reading is between 50- 70. Now after a high level course of vit D tablets I feel so much better and have less aches and pains. Never having been aware of this before I thought it might be worth letting people people know as many people I have talked to were unaware that lack of Vit D could cause problems.
