I don't know about the first word but you seem to have the second right. Any of these look familiar ?

Juxtafoveal Telangiectasia ?
Juxtafoveal telengiectasia.....Google that.

Not my area, but bleeding from abnormal vessels in the retina of the eye, cause unknown, treatment purely experimental and leads to blindness.
That is my lot.

It is treated to limit the leakage of fluid, stopping new blood vessels forming which are more susceptible to leaking using laser therapy or drugs injected into to vitreous body of the eye.
Oct scans will help monitor the success of the management most likely done in monthly intervals.
I hope all goes well
Nice to see you posting again.......excellent answer.
