Is it possible to add a picture of the user to the windows 10 log-in screen ?
If so, how is it done ?

I wondered that David, might work if you log into your Microsoft account (assuming you have one) and add a picture to your profile.

Control Panel -> User accounts -> Make changes to my account ->

then select a picture

Click on the start button
Click on your name at the top of the thingy that pops up.
Click on change account settings
Under your picture, there is a browse button.
Choose your picture.
