I keep getting this pop up headed DRIVER UPDATE
and showing the Windows logo and says Update the driver in 2 minutes (Recommended) free download.
At the bottom it is from ReviverSoft Driver Reviver
Do I take any notice ( I use Windows 8.1)

Same as I take no notice of unsolicited phone calls, or people trying to sell me things at my front door.
Obey all those "rules" and you are less likely to get scammed.
