which hair shampoo?

i go swimming often and as a result hair suffers.
i have tried numerous shampoos wiyhout success
anyone recommend an effective shampoo,
many thanks for any suggestions.

I started using Pantenne 2 in 1 when I started swimming but now I just use it whether I've been swimming or not, it's lovely.

They don't stop your hair getting wet. They just keep it out of the way.

I did try a shower cap once, waste of time!!

Yeah, I use one now otherwise I can't see where I'm swimming because my hair goes everywhere and it works well for that but it doesn't stop all the water getting under.

Always wet your hair under the showers before you get in the pool, wet hair soaks up less chlorine!
Then wash as normal when you get out! Simples.

I swear by Boots Sun, Swim and Gym hair mask to be applied just prior to swimming, the shampoo and conditioner. Works a treat for me!

Find a gentle mild conditioner like Dove. After washing hair rub in a little conditioner but don't rinse out. Try it .
