Hi All

I own a house that I rent out, the tenancy agreement is up in September after one year. I want to sell the house, any tips, or does anyone know how I would stand?

Thank you in advance

First of all, Peter, get a good accountant. The capital gains rules are too complex to handle yourself. They could save you a lot of money.
Hi Peter, Exactly what are your concerns.
do you men you want to sell it now, rather than wait till september? If so,

Hi all, thanks for your replies... I would like to put it up for sale within the next few months...but unsure of how I would stand if I did before the contract ends....
