A bit breezy through the night...it's still night!

the cherry blossom and apple blossom are out on the trees. A few weeks early.

Going to Wotton-under-Edge today, to my favourite shop. Then I'll go round the corner to have a coffee with friends. Can't be bad!

I think we should agree to disagree, boaty - you are also not looking at the total man....he was amazingly generous, especially to kids charities, preferring not to make a big noise about it. Another one who has never got the recognition he deserves is John Surtees - the only F1 and bike world champion, also single-minded, with his own team and then all his charity work. Though he was upgraded to CBE in the last list, he should have been made Sir long ago.

the best charity is the anonymous involvement then you know it is done for good reasons and not self serving publicity Simon Cowell is another he is very very generous to children's causes..

I agree with that DT. That's the good side of him and others. I was looking at the 'sport' side of things.
