Cats And Decoraring
4 Answers
I need to do quite a bit of painting around the house, including the main thoroughfare of hall, landing and stairs. What do I do about my two cats? I can't keep them shut away in one room for days but don't want them brushing up against the paint. The bannister will be awkward because I want to gloss it and they are always walking on it. Any ideas please?

I just hope you don't end up with the experience we had. Having varnished an area of our living-room floor, we meticulously - as I thought - confined it by an elaborate series of boxes and vinyl sheeting before going out. On our return, Raffles was seated triumphantly right in the middle of the varnished area, so...good luck!
