What Would You Change About Ab?

Frequently there are posts whinging and bleating about how posts get derailed and misinterpreted.

I have little time for the personal, private expressions of emotion.

Having said that they are easily avoided and that is what I do.

As AB is an open site for all and sundry to visit at will I just accept that there will be posters who's offerings I enjoy and others that make my skin crawl much like everyday life.

So what changes, if any, would you like made to how AB functions?

Ah yes. Went to many a party at Dr Greys house opposite my(later) wife's nurses quarters!!

A-H - I am a trifle confused. Your post at 12.56 said that being a mod didn't give you grief but at 13.13 you seemed to infer that you were not a mod.

Sorry for the confusion.

What I was saying was that I don't offer a reference to the rules on a daily basis, I only try to steer people away from a deletion / ban which are responses to be avoided.

I meant that, if on occasion I do remind someone of the rules, I am doing it merely as an AB'er, I am not trying to be heavy-handed or hectoring by saying 'I am a Moderator and I am warning you ...' - that is not my stance at all.

And yes, I am a Moderator - I think that particular cat is out of the particular bag now!!!
A-H, thanks I see what you mean now.
//And yes, I am a Moderator - I think that particular cat is out of the particular bag now!!!//

Lol. I think even Insp. Closseau would of deduced that even if the cat was suffocated within the bag. :-)

Good afternoon AOG - hope you are well.

Thank you, it is a little dull on the news section today so I thought I would have a peep into this.

Some ask for change at their peril.

I'm not so sure - your post and link about the Sons Of Odious has certainly got my keys flying!!!

Oh, I'm cut to the quick.

I'll shuffle off to lick my wounds whilst considering my experience of bannings and suspensions compared to other posters. I think I'll come off a lot lighter than some.....despite being considered a stirrer.
Nowt.

Except payment for my services (!) either in cakes or money, im not fussy.
