Somehow I got it in my head that today was the anniversary, but that felt wrong, cos I knew it was warm.....the anniversary is in June.

Ken, if you look in, that's amazing! Goliath, huh? Dad would have been proud that his 'wheelbarrow', (because that's what their prototype looked like), had advanced so far and is still being used today.
Baths - My uncle Lol played for Arsenal/England and knew some of the Man Utd players that died in the crash. It was before my time, but I saw the effect it had on him if the crash, or any of his lost friends were mentioned. He didn't like to show emotions, but he used to grit his jaw and look very tense.
Sad pedants ha ha.....I see what you did there!

By the way I missed the bomb at the Old Bailey in the seventies by a few minutes.

I was in town in the 90's when the bombs went off in Warrington killing two children. I just missed them and wondered what all the confusion was !
