Not Strong Atall

Have bought lots of strong looking shoes and boots only to find that the good strong uppers seem to come away from the good solid sole after a short time and find I have to engage a screw nail into the upper into the sole to be able to get any decent wear outta them .anyone else have to do mending on so called hard wearing footwear

I don't think that I've ever paid more than fifteen quid for a pair of shoes, so I'm probably not qualified to answer here.

The glue they use is not really any good they should use clips or screw nails to hold the sole to the upper .I do

You need to pay good money for good shoes. I never, ever, ever buy cheap shoes. Most of my shoes/boots are at least ten years old.

You get what you pay for.
