Thanks Retro !!!
yellow flag required to be flown when vessels enter a foreign port. "I request free practique" meaning all on board are healthy and no plague carriers. :-)
Yes
Bull frog
Yellow flag had me confused too, according to OED:

"Definition of yellow flag in English:
noun
A yellow flag flown by a ship to indicate the presence on board of disease."
I can see the U (uni) and LL students + Frog - but where does the B come from please?
FR = French

BOG = Swamp
U uni
LL students
F French
in BOG swamp.
I have flown that signal flag many times when sailing into French and C.I.ports
It,as I have mentioned,an indication that No communicable disease is on board the vessel and a request for free passage ( Free Practique) to enter the port without hinderance.
That makes sense now. I thought frog for French was a bit unPC
