In Assyrian-Babylonian mythology, Lilith / Lilitu (wind spirit) was a ravenous sexual entrepreneur. In legend, Lilith was the first wife of Adam. One version is that she was created as Adam's Siamese twin, another is that she was made from filth. Either way, Lilith demanded equality with Adam. Its a long story ..............
Genesis 4:17

"It would have been possible for Adam and Eve, in the more than 100 years he estimates may have elapsed since their union, to have had over 32,000 descendants at the time Cain went to Nod, all of them having sprung from Cain and Abel, who married their sisters"
In biblical times they lived hundreds of years, I think Abraham lived to be 700 and some!
cax21 while Lilith is not mentioned in the bible today,- Lilith's name is not included in the creation story of the Torah but she appears in several midrashic texts.the most popular history told views Lilith as the first wife of Adam. According to the "first Eve" story Lilith was created by God from dust and placed to live in the garden with Adam until problems arose between Adam and Lilith when Adam tried to exercise dominance over Lilith. One story tells that Lilith refused to lay beneath Adam during sex. She believed they were created equal, both from the dust of the earth, thus she should not have to lay beneath him. After Adam disagreed, Lilith fled the Garden of Eden to gain her independence
Adam and Eve were created perfect in every way. Their children would also, no doubt, be born physically and genetically perfect. Therefore, Cain's wife could be one of his sisters with no problems. Likewise, many of Adam and Eve's children would have inter-married with no problems. (dont fancy marrying my brother of course eeew)
