I really do not like the sound of W10 and I DO NOT want it.
I was warned that in a fairly short space of time, we won't have any choice and it will be foisted upon us whether we want it or not, I'm holding onto hope that I can click a "no thanks" or "I do not give permission" button when PC D day arrives.

I have successfully upgraded five computers to Windows 10 . My advice to you is that before you attempt to do the upgrade is make sure that all of the updates have been installed and that all of your programs are working properly this is important. Make a complete backup of your hard drive so if you have to you can restore your computer back to the previous OS. Give yourself a few hours to do it and a fast internet connection is good if you have one to complete the download as it is quite a large one . Know your Microsoft id and password as it will ask you for it.
