What would be the health benefits if I walked to/from work instead of taking the car? It's a 10 minute stroll down TO work but that means it's a slightly longer uphill climb on the way back (at the end of a hard day etc). I'd love someone to say "if you walk there and back you'll burn off a whole meal's worth of calories" but I suspect that would only be true if the meal was one pea or something!
