Dreadful company in terms of customer service. No-one in their call centre seems to have any authority, promised calls back never happen, and I just got passed from one person to another or was told to ring again tomorrow.

That's terrible. It doesn't take 10- 15 days to pay money into an account. It can be done the same day. I don't know how companies get away with things like this.
