Anyone Else Having Problems

with BT Broadband (Fibre Optic) today. Lost BB about a dozen times between 10:00 and 13:30.
Was on to their 0800 helpline between 13:30 and 14:00, usual "do this do that" conversation and times on hold while he ran tests at his end,after which had a steady blue light on hub and was reconnected.
The second I put the 'phone down light turned orange and BB gone again, been on and off ever since. Rang them back at 16:00, spent another 25 mins with a different guy telling me what I should be seeing on screen when I did this or that as instructed, he couldn't work out why I wasn't seeing what he was until I reminded him I was only calling because I had no BB so what did he expect.
Just had a UK based manager ring me and promise to get it sorted ASAP.
I feel some free airtime approaching :o(

Had similar with old set-up, before switching to Fibre, took a couple of days to sort out, they gave me 2 months for free.
