Sunday. Somewhat breezy this morning, it has been all night. It's been raining, but it's stopped now.

Very quiet on the canal yesterday. No visitors, so no takings. Nobody about, so I closed at three. Only the second time that has happened. in the fifteen years I've been involved.

Nah it's breakfast for the mater, I just grab a coffee out at my local Inn on Sundays - and with the papers. Time to be moving, I think, so have a good Sunday, all.

Horrible one it is here in Swansea as well. Peed down consistently most of yesterday, and soaked my new Clarks shoes ! Still miserable this morning.

Summer can't come soon enough for me !

Just been reading some of the posts, poor Murray it sounds as if you are having a hard time of it, but I do admire people like you whom are carers.
WBM what canals are you on ? I've always wanted to do a canal trip. A friend over here has a canal boat in UK and has offered it to us whenever, but we haven't done it yet.

Morning all wet here but not so cold in Leics . Just been reading about rock buns , Not done an y for years in fact since the kids were young . Used to cut them in half and put butter on them . Have a nice day all,xxx
