Recommendations for free family tree generator. I want to make a large wall chart, using A4 paper. I like the Ancestry format with births, marriages, deaths, residence and occupation options. My heritage generator is not so good.

Ideally, it would cover 6 generations.

Any ideas please

You wouldnt fit much on an A4 - 6 generations but only the parents. I`m not aware of a program which extracts trees from Ancestry beyound the 4 generation limit. If Buenchico does I`d be interested to know. My own tree is nearly 6,500 so I`d need a bigger wall.

I generate my own using MicrosoftWord and saving them as a PDF in large paper format.
I e-mail them to a local print art shop and then pay on collection; about £1.97 last time a couple of months ago.

Might try and see if I can find a simple template online, as I would find it hard to make my own. I have got about 250 ancestors.
