I received my divorce papers from my ex but my d.o.b and my youngest daughters d.o.b are both wrong,does this matter because one site has said this doesnt matter and another has said it will make it invalid,can anyone help? thanks

Just phone the solicitors and change them and get them to reissue new ones.

Just ring his solicitors you should have some advice try CAB

I don't know the legal answer to your question but if it were me, I would want the correct dates for anything pertaining to a divorce - particularly as you are aware of the errors. Surely it's better to be safe than sorry?

then the details should be correct

The general principle is that if you are John Smith you are asking for trouble if you get divorce papers in the name of George Brown.

whether or not as I explained to an official that driving licences about 50% arent in the drivers names and have mistakes - and he answered what does that have to do with it ?

My father ( not divorced ) Pavel Pyotr Pedant had one english document as Pyotr Pavel P - and jesus didnt the civil servants in London start lamming their type writers

in the end for that one ( not divorce ) he swore an affidavit as a way out.

That was in 1934. It worse and not better today
