Yes they do- I wouldn't have a clue who was offering the best though.

According to Oddschecker, Frampton is a general 8/13 at High Street firms, Quigg is best priced 6/4 at Coral.

You could, of course, get a better price by naming the method of victory (Frampton on points @ 15/8 at Stan James) or the round in which the contest will end.
